Arnold is a soldier talking in a southern drawl while talking about being the soldier the robot would be built off of. The head of the program asks if there is anything they could do about that accent, and a scientist at the side says in Arnolds German accent "we can fix it"
Is that real? No Terminator movies exist in my mind after T2, I don't know much about the others. If it is real, it is pretty funny in a self aware, Freddy Kreuger in parts 4 and up kind of way.

The mom is Mexican and has always had a lot of other Mexicans to speak Spanish with, and her accent in English is still very strong. The dad on the other hand is from Argentina and his friends have always been American because he's involved in business and learned basic English already in high school in Argentina. His accent in English is barely perceivable, and only sometimes. Otherwise he sounds like a native speaker after 40 years here.
