Thanks Alex, I took two off this tree last year so I’m 2 for 2 so far, maples are easy to air layer to be honest. Got some beech I need to layer later on in spring and a Cyprus 👍🏼

Unfortunately this one died, not due to the air layer, but due to a pathogen. I will try again this year
