Rode to Windsor with Jack, for both of our longest rides to date, was a really good one with no trouble. Definately felt it at the end, but came back to a great surprise.....

How many times a week would you say you cycle? And what kind of distances…..any tips for
someone just starting out
I try to get on the bike at least twice a week, i started on around 15 miles. Tips are, don't spend too much on the first bike, market place and don't put money into it either, good bib shorts are the top priority

super nice video and editing. just wondering, why don't you wear gloves? I once crossed a tram track, fell and scraped the skin off my both palms. couldn't pick up anything for a few weeks...thing is, even if you are careful, you can never predict what others will do on the road
Thank you for those kind words! I generally don't enjoy wearing gloves, I've been fortunate in my last few accidents to not have that issue, but when its cold they're straight on!
