    A Buddhist Monk once said....
When he teaches people how to be stronger, he first has to knock them down and destroy them.
Once they pick themselves up and rebuild themselves so to speak, they are much stronger and wiser.
And then he knocks them down again... and so on and so forth..
Every obstacle these people face, just makes them stronger.
So if anything is getting anybody down, just remember, this is your training in life, and it is helping you become a much stronger and wiser person.
You can only truly become a stronger person, after you have been knocked down..
And yes... everything does happen for a reason !....

Hi Cherelle, I found your videos by chance in the middle of a serious health anxiety episode. I suffer for many years with this devastating condition and I was convinced for the past 1-2 months that I had ALS due to random twitching and twitching hotspot in my leg that was all day long every day and night. I was acting like I had few weeks to live and withdrew from work, friends, family. Extremely bad. I recently started CBT (have done systemic therapy for more than 7 years but it has not helped at all my health anxiety because we never focused on the health anxiety itself). Anyway, the moment I saw your videos about twitching, you helped me so much that I stopped worrying about my twitches and they immediately stopped happening. This is crazy. I had them for 2 months daily and after I watched your videos, they were gone. Now I am jumping into other symptoms unfortunately, but you really really helped me go through this devastating period of being absolutely convinced I have ALS. Now, as a health anxiety sufferer, I am worried that the reason your videos helped me, is because I related myself to you. And this is a pattern that I have for sicknesses as well, when someone has a disease, I am terrified I will get the same, same here, you had the same worry for twitching and it was just anxiety, so I related myself to this and I stopped worrying too. I hope I will be able to learn how to ease myself in the future. But your videos have been extremely helpful, I believe it is important for someone to talk to others who have the same condition, because sometimes I do not even believe my own therapist because she does not have health anxiety and why would I trust that its all in my head? Talking in a community who have the same worries is extremely helpful. Your videos really created a light in my endless health anxiety dark tunnel. Thank you so so much, it was a blessing that youtube showed me your videos randomly. I will keep watching and hear from your stories to try and heal and manage my life better... take care you are extremely helpful, you cannot imagine

Ma'am, your channel is indeed a guiding light! I was overwhelmed with health anxiety but I really found relief after watching your videos. 😊
I got separated from my teacher a few months back. We developed fervent attachment and bonding with each other but it is often difficult to predict what's gonna happen . The worst thing was that he was desirous to talk to me, to support me but the so- called "society" was against it all. I start weeping whenever I see his innocent face in my gaze .
Due to this, I was extremely stressed. There were days of constant crying, frustration and memories of the good times. As a consequence of all this, I started having vision problems and trembling & twitching in some parts of the body . It happens when the nervous system gets stimulated to a certain point and it's all normal. I realised after doing a plethora of research under the influence of health anxiety. Earlier , I thought these symptoms at the age of 16 indicate a chronic health condition. Now, I perceive that health is the rudimental aspect of an individual's life so I won't be taking tension from now on. 😊🌸
    Once again, thank you ma'am!

Hey Cherelle, I hope you are well. I've been struggling with health anxiety for the last 4 months after an extremely stressful time in my life. I started getting twitching all over my body about 7 weeks ago along with perceived muscle weakness, neck pain, throat lump, and speech issues. The muscle twitching is constant but the rest of my symptoms come and go. It's stressing me out but I'm confident that it's just my health anxiety getting the better of me. Your videos have been a massive help. Thank you and keep up the good work.

That’s all it is is just anxiety. It’s crazy how anxiety can cause symptoms and make you feel like you actually have a health related problem. I used to be dizzy all the time, lightheaded, nauseous, trouble breathing and trouble sleeping all the above. But go to the doctor just to make sure nothing‘s wrong. From my experience, it’s mainly anxiety. you can do it. You can overcome to something anxiety if I can overcome it. Not saying that I’m perfect and I probably never will be, but I learn how to live with it and not freak out every time I get a certain sensation. Remember, your body is loud and makes all kinds of weird noises feelings sensations. And then your fight or flight response kicks in and think it needs to protect you and that’s why you get those feelings. Instead of running from it, learn how to embrace it and learn how to love it and learn how not to be scared of it. and keep watching Cherrelle videos and also Mel Robbin’s and Dr. Robert Kennedy that video changed my life and of course Cherelle‘s videos helps a lot. I watch them even though I’m not having anxiety just so I keep learning what I need to do. So I don’t have these symptoms anymore. Us health anxiety sufferers need to stick together.

@@Bronka-xz2dj I’m so sorry that you’re having twitching. I’ve also had this problem. And I understand how frustrating it can be. But just remember that you are strong and going to overcome this problem. And try not to fear what the twitching and try to sit with it. So you can train your fight or flight response that it is not life threatening. And after you do that just know that you will never fix health anxiety by thinking about more anxiety issues. And tell your mind that twitching is not a threat and that I’m not scared of you. Then after you confront it. Don’t give it anymore of your time. It will be hard but once you do it. You will overcome anything anxiety related. There will be ups and downs. But you’ll start to have more ups. I believe in all of anxiety warriors that we can do more than non anxiety sufferers. Because we train ourselves to become stronger. You can do it!!!!

I found out that my twitching was related to my underactive thyroid. My advice to everyone is to get your thyroid checked! My hypothyroidism was caused by a long duration of anxiety. Alongside twitching there are tonnes of weird symptoms so i can't stress enough to get it checked.

I am only one minute into this video, but saw your comment. I just recently had alot of blood work done 💉 and my thyroid levels are way off - more - HYPERTHYROIDISM vs. HYPO - but my gosh it explains so much! I came down with COVID in late August and it was far worse than when I had it two years prior. I simply could not feel like myself again - most concerning were my arms & legs shaking (tremors) + my ears ringing. After much reading and learning of the connection between COVID and thyroid issues (after getting my blood test results); it then began to make so much sense!

If it helps anyome, I've been twitching for a year. The pattern I have personally noticed is that they sure can come on whilst I'm stressed, but they do even more so ONCE I RELAX. The way I can explain this is that I was probably very tense during a stressful event, and the twitching comes as my muscles start to relax. Once they fully do, the twitching is much better. So for me, when I start twitching, I tell myself: Im finally starting to relax. And I welcome it. :)

I was unwell from Aug 2020 until March 2022 and one of my main anxieties was twitching. I also had daily bone pain all over. I genuinely thought I had MS, Ewing’s Sarcoma, MND - the lot. I paid for therapy, went private to get an MRI scan and to see a neurologist, went to physio and went for massages every month. I was back and forth to the doctor and in a real mess, even signed off work for weeks at a time because I was sick with worry and convinced I was dying. It was only when I moved that I changed GP that I found out I had critically low levels of vitamin D. I have had cancer in the past so my health anxiety is through the roof at the minute. Just came across your channel. You are right about anxiety and the fever symptoms. I'd suggest maybe keeping an eye on your heart rate, blood pressure and blood glucose levels, just the standard home versions from Amazon. The muscle twitching, have you ever had the muscle vibrations? Due to anxiety the heart becomes ineffective as a pump, hence I suggest the heart rate and blood pressure readings.Things won't sort themselves if you are continuing to experience the anxiety/panic attacks. We develop coping mechanisms in our breathing, either short and shallow or deep and forceful depending on how we have been conditioned to handle stressful situations. Anxiety is very much physical, and Im glad you talk about this. Could I direct you towards further reading? I imagine it will help in your studies and research Cherelle.

Hey Cherelle, this year I’ve developed lots of physical symptoms despite having anxiety my whole life. I’ve feared it’s fibro, MS, etc. (still worried it’s fibro). I’ve experienced twitching too, but also small isolated aches and vision blurriness (which concerns me a great deal despite getting eyes checked). I also have a bulged disc in my neck and lower back so hopefully it’s just due to them and anxiety.

I too had a bulging disc in my neck which was pressing against my spinal cord, this really freaked me out and I started thinking all my symptoms were disc related.
I went to see a spine surgeon, and his exact words were, Boy !... there is nothing wrong with you, just get on with your life !..
Unconvinced by that I went to see a neurologist, and he said all my symptoms could be put down to anxiety and to trust what the spine surgeon told me.
I do get twitching and also blury eyes sometimes, but they said it was not MS or any of them things like that.

I’ve had it 11 months on and off. Buzzing, crawling, twitching. 2 nerve conductions normal, 2 mri normal, 2 neurologist and a neuromuscular specialist say nothing is wrong. All I know is I buzz and crawl and twitch all day and can’t get it to stop. It’s horrific.

OMG.!! mine feel like its happening less and less. but still an every day thing. it used to be once every 10 seconds. and when i was still . like sitting or laying. even standing sometimes. @@reneekenworthy5610 . i had all anxiety symptoms before the twitching. now most of the symptoms are gone. i got back on my sertraline aka zoloft.
