The last 10 minuets of the video is something I really need to rewatch everyday. And I need to wake up early and start my day. I need to stop procrastinating. I will have a day or two for myself where I stay in bed however I can’t let it be a thing everyday because I won’t feel good in the end.

@xxMegha33xx not at all! After my workout I feel so good during the whole day & usually around 6 or 7 is when I start getting tired so that’s when I make my tea & start getting ready for bed

I usually set a timer by 7:30 to get ready for bed, not in any way perfect of getting my full 8 hours of sleep but we’re getting there!
