This game must have gone through 7 different revisions, because every time I see a video marked as "early trailer" or "early Footage" theres always things that are different, Dan Smith is like the one thing that saw zero changes in his design but everywhere else this game was clearly a mess to work on if it changed so much so often as it was being shown to the press.
Mostly complex puzzles were removed, some levels and sub-plots like the rivalry between Curtis and Dan, look up the cut level "Temple of Horizon". Every character was also supposed to have individual hud. Levels had traps like you could shoot the candle lamp (1:05) above the heaven smile so it falls and sets it on fire. Dan had a slow down power etc...
Actually, Dan didn't remain the same. When looking through the leaked source code, there's a muscular, old model of dan. Very high poly too for some reason lol.

most of the early crosshairs look sick as hell. its a shame they're stuck in these old trailers on youtube
