    Gym ki motivation ha, meku okkasari gym alavatu ayyitae. Trust me you will find more time to go to gym. Starting lo nenu koda antae but eppudu i can't even absent to gym more than 3 days.

      Seeing myself here. My weight is down from 79kg to 74kg in 3 months. I do daily walking of 6km and exercises for half an hour. No fried foods, cool drinks and early dinner made the difference.
