For almost 26 years, this iconic actress has played the role of Forrester family matriarch "Stephanie Forrester". The B&B, Y&R, The Price is Right and Late Late Show's cast and crews as well as many employees of CBS, gathered together to salute Susan. Tune in to see her farewell performance on Nov 26th. I have to watch this every few months just for a lift. Susan Flannery was a part of my life from the time I was about 8 years old. The love they show her just makes me feel good every time I watch it. Way to go Bold and the Beautiful a perfect send-off for the queen!
They should have done something like this for Ronn as well. This show will never be the same with out Susan Flannery or Ronn Moss.

Mary Ann Wittkowske: 5/14/20......Doubt that you will see this response but, I'll post it anyway. I have a strong feeling that a grand send-off like this one, was NOT given to Ronn Moss BECAUSE....he just upped and....QUIT.....without preparing the show's writers and the other powers that be, leaving them with a huge HOLE in the show that took quite some time to fill. Plus, the reason he left, DEMANDING more money? What an entitled, PAST-HIS-PRIME......brat!! As far as the show not being the same because he's gone? I will admit, it is DIFFERENT, but.....NOT worse for wear. Brooke and Ridge's relationship is certainly NOT as fiery as it was when Moss had the part; however, lasting romantic love DOES change as the years progress. And, I highly DOUBT that seeing Ronn Moss' very GAUNT body exposed in the intimate scenes that Brooke and Ridge have, would NOT be entertaining, AT ALL.

I have watched this show since 1994 and Stephanie, ridge,Taylor, the original sally spectra and sheila carter those characters and the original character thorne Forrester they made the show what it was they are bold and the beautiful the best years of BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL was when willam j bell was still the original creater and producer from 1987- 2006. Once he died his son William j bell jr took over in 2007 and even though i still watch the show us original fans can tell that now the soap is only 30% of what it once was. Which is sad. Bell jr doesn't know how to write a soap opera series like his dad to be honest.

Susan, I began watching the bold and the beautiful since it's debut many years ago. As time went on I fell in love with the character you portrayed Stephanie Douglas Forrester... Your character has dealt with some serious life changing issues. You are a true inspiration to all your fans young and old. On November 26th 2012 an entire fan network was saddened by Stephanies death! Truly a somber day in daytime tv!!! May you enjoy your new found endeavors in which ever they may be!!!
Wonderful send off for Susan Flannery, so we deserved. Yesterday's B&B episode was heartbreaking. Cried my eyes out. Kept hoping for a miracle in the last few episodes but knew it wasn't to be. Can't imagine her not on the show any longer. She was the backbone to the whole soap right from the very start, Boy or boy, did 25 years go by ever so quickly. Susan (Stephanie) will be sorely missed. I hope the soap can survive without her.

As I have said before and I will keep saying Ms Cannery and Katherine Kelly Lang had some of the best fight scenes on daytime TV Nobody gave a better soap opera face slap than Susan Cannery, who I consider the queen of soap opera face slappers

The last large room they entered was Studio 31 where they did B&B all those years (minus the sets). Studio 31 is right next door to 33 where The Price is Right is taped. They have to stop tapings of B&B sometimes when the audience gets too loud in Studio 33.

OmG!!! I was absent from work today (flu) and I used to watch this Novela for years and had not due to my work...I literally had no idea Stephanie was leaving OMG!!! OMG!!! just like Larry Hagman's character made the show Stephanie Forrester made this show as well...she will be greatly...GREATLY missed!!!

Yes one of the saddest times in my TV life. Still miss her to this day on the show.hope she's doing well. The show has not been the same without her. Now that Brooke Logan is leaving the show also it never ever going to be the same again. Very nice thanks for the grace we love you send off. Thanks Bell families. Thank god only her character passed on, unlike dear friends Frances Reid and Darlene Connelly. Happy Retirement Susan. I am sure John Clarke, Susan and Bill Hayes, John Aniston and the entire Bold Cast: particularly John, KKL, Ron and Hunter wish her so well!
The first time i was aware of Susan Flanery was in the movie The Towering Inferno 1974 and on the fourth season of Dallas where she plays Leslie Stewart and when the Bold and the Beautiful started in my country 1990 i remember her right away who she was. I stopped watching the Bold when Susan and Ron Moss left the show, now i'm rewatching the Beginning season 1 again, so much fun with the old cast and how it all began. 😉
