Any reason you didn't put the 4th screw into the brass plate?
Take a look at the preamp at 6:00, its only got 3 threaded standoff posts to screw into. I imagine the brass plate is not threaded so if you put the 4th screw back into there, you'll just have a loose screw not put into anything.
