if you have money to spare why not, but if you want to have a good investment might as well build your own transient house ..luxury vs practicality. estimate I spent 10M roughly on a 4 storey building with 4 bachelor and and 4 (2 bedroom apartment) fairly furnished and is generating income. Consider location din and purpose on why are buying such properties.

Other comments say the cost is 32 million pesos ($545,000)!!!! the finishing materials was substandard. Plastic floor moldings, famica-type cabinet/counter space, no jacuzzi in master bath. Did anyone notice the aluminum exhaust pipe from the stove exhaust hood to the ceiling, lol? I wouldn't pay $200K let alone $554K! Ridiculous!
