I wish I knew wiring and electronics like this, but I do a little so hopefully I keep messing with stuff and watching videos from you and other I will learn more...👍👍
Looks like fun!!!!
Love my gen ace
use a small balloon it will stretch over and then tie the end around the wire with zip tie . using a light color like yellow or pink you should be able to see everything though the balloon itself.
HI very helpful video ..but aren't the traxxas LEDs rated 16v for each front and rear? so your step down is outputing 16v to both so are you just essentially sending 8v to each LED which means their not at 100% brightness capacity?
No they're both get 16 volts
Would the lights work on 7.4v?
Possibly, but they would be nearly as bright
Can you help me out with my traxxas xrt led lights to hook up with my hobby wing max esc
What questions do you have?
I beat shrink the entire converter and just cut out the adjustable screw and the display
It's incased in 2 part epoxy
Can send me direct to hook it up
How do you get you led light to work
Did you watch my video? I tried to explain it in the video. You take power straight from the batteries to a step-down converter to get 16 volts. Then, you wire the led bars up to the output of the step-down converter.
@@jessemichalies what is the size gauge wire is you running from the battery to the converter
@@michaelconyers5553 probably 12 or 14
How do you find the XRT??

What are your thoughts, what do you think of it..?
@NHRAandNASCARfanatic I've not owned an xmax so I can't compare it to that but I love it. The handling is top notch
