Yesterday i took my shahada, and ive been learning arabic for a while, around (3, 4 months) ive seen some videos in your channel before, and it helped me a lot, Jazakallah Khair
Love this brother, because he pinpointed something very important. When I came to England 26yrs ago, I didn't have or bought a television for the first 6 and have years. Reading was precisely my hobby, yes I had a radio and listen to sometimes. I developed tremendous knowledge of Islam, history and followed contemporary issues. If you don't cut down scrolling one clip to an other, discipline will be lost.
So you have deep knowledge of Islam and still believe?? Are you a psychopath or what? I gained deep knowledge and left Islam, it's the most disgusting religion, it's Satanism in its purest Form.
This video should get more views! You are making solid points better than the self-proclaimed "self-improvement gurus". Quran and Sunnah of Prophet S.A.W is the solution for everything! May Allah preserve and guide us and not burden us of what is over our being, Inshallah!
Assalaamu3aleykoum joined the institut last week, looking forward to learning from you akh. May Allah reward you and your team for what you have put in place 🤲

Akhi rename the video to: "Why you're struggling to learn" 'cause this video is so generic and many muslims (even an arabic myself) can benefit from this amazing video
Great video for any student of knowledge. And just a side note: At 12:28 I know it's a bit confusing but it's actually either والله الذي لا إله غيره Or والله الذي لا إله إلا هو If you add إلا to the first one it becomes the opposite meaning, and you can probably see why that's very problematic.
Mash Allah brother you really gave very valuable tips out of your successful experience. May Allah facilitate it for those who have serious intention Arabic
Asalamu alaikoum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu brother. Allahuma barik, this video was very empowering to me, i was literally thinking yesterday to get rid of my iPhone and get me a classic Nokia phone. But was still hesitant, cause i find that a big step for myself. but now i watched this video im very sure. Please make dua that Allah will make this easy for me. And May Allah reward you immensely for what you are doing.
Jazaakallahu khayran, amazing reminder, great topic and i love the engaging edits in the video. Just some constructive criticism, your audio gets a bit too loud/soft based on how close you are to your mic and you move your head a lot. May Allah preserve you and your team
Jazakallahu khairan ustadh. I really enjoy how you quote people of knowledge from our deen, it allows me to realise more and more how holistic Islamic is and how I don’t need to turn to “self help books” out there (not that there’s anything wrong with them). So many benefits in such a short video. Barakallahu feekum for your work and efforts.
Mashallah that was a good advice brother may Allah reward you. I have to correct you on a slip up perhaps that I heard at 12:19 when you quoted Ibn Masoud in Arabic you said "والله الذي لا اله إلا غيره" Wallahi allathi la elaha ELLA ghairuh, you've added ELLA which totally had changed the meaning and it became a kufr statement Astaghfirullah but I'm sure you didn't mean it inshallah as it translates now to: by Allah which there is no god except other than him. So the correct way is without the added "Ella" which negates the divinity except for Allah.
Arabic is not hard to learn for urdu speakers or those hindi speakers who can understand many urdu words because Urdu has many Arabic persian and turkic words with vocabulary from Sanskrit and Prakrit even spoken hindi has many such words and pure hindi is Sanskritised due to it.... Persian is even more easier than Arabic for such speakers, subcontinent is blessed.... Infact Indian scholars used to speak better arabic than native arab speakers because their conversation vocabulary is classical, the great example is Darul uloom nadwatul ulama in Lucknow, India whose chancellor was Sheikh Sayyed Abul Hasan Ali al Hasani Nadvi (ra) one of greatest and influential scholar of 20th century

@Saladid Thank you for your note on 12:48. It appears Google's "translation" of the Arabic text into English is deficient, so your point gets "lost in translation" by omitting one word in the "or"-version of the (slipped up) quote. Please check this over and see what can be done to correct Google's English rendering, in sha Allah.
I've been muslim 13 yrs. Arabic is hard for me. I prefer my mother tongue ( English) does not learning Arabic prevent me from heaven? Or must i take on the Arab culture at the expense of my own? ( American)
Hey Arabic can be sometimes challenging for us non Arabic speakers to learn but AlhamduLlilah if you straighten your heart intention for the sake of Allah, By His mercy and guidance, surely it can become easy. Not learning it doesn't prevent you from entering Jannah, However it may restrict you and limit you interms of seeking knowledge (for some of the best of sources of knowledge are in Arabic and sometimes English translations do not do them justice). It may also prevent you from feeling the depth and closeness to the Quran because you may not understand what you recite, may not feel that closeness in prayer too etc and Allah knows best. So seeking to learn Arabic has very many advantages to it in terms of becoming better in Deen. May Allah make it easy for us all. When it comes to the culture, the Arab culture may represent Islam sometimes. However, it isnt Islam. There is no need for you to give up your American culture for as long as it doesn't contradict Islam and in an event that it doesn't cause you harm to your deen and soul.
