    Here is the recipe
    Put your smoker at 250°F
    Cook meat to 165°F internal temp
    Wrap in butcher paper or parchment paper or If you have none of that use Foil
    Cook to at least 195°F, No more than 205°F internal temp
    Place wrapped meat in ice chest cooler.
    Let rest for one hour
    Slice and enjoy
