Not sure if everyone agree but Diana is one of the champ that was absolute counter for Katarina, throughout my play in League using Diana, never did Katarina beats me, even if there's some gap between us in late game.. Well maybe it's just because the player is not good, but for me.. having Katarina as my opponent in lane is a blissful encounter
and i love dianas in my lane as a katarina main its a lovely time ngl i just wait for her ult to be used at any time boom free kill or when e is on cooldown also a ree very good trade
@sandobox3151 as long as Katarina got many kills and items she's so OP, especially when she build pure AP, squishy champs get killed so easily. So I usually use Conqueror as my main runes.. and use Diana as engage champ disregarding the pure AP Diana because it's much effective when dealing at Katarina who can one shot me after me using ult. As for my items, Nashor Tooth, Demonic Embrace, Jaksho, Shadow Flame, Zhonya.. can be so effective and OP that you don't need any mythic items unless you want to one shot your opponents.. So Yea, as long as Katarina doesn't get feed too much, I can stomp her even if she's above one or two items to me.
As a Kat, you literally just play early for roaming bot lane double kill , if you go even as Kat against Diana and the Diana has brain it's more challenging than that but IMHO still a HUGE skill/knowledge and pathing/movement battle. But hey I don't main Kat or Diana, I main nasus, volibear, and riven so I could easily be wrong I suppose
