Thanks for the info. There is very limited content on the JLG T500j. I have a 2014 and do most of the maintenance myself. I’ll have to start posting videos.

Thaks, happens the same with one of my units and everything look good and when open the motor was a lot crap and one stuck don’t made contact, after a cleaning work perfect and dont has the code in tha analyzer.

The parts are called brushes.
Not sure about this particular model but replacement brushes should be available and easy to change.

They wouldn't sell just the brushes. You have to buy the whole can assembly which was $545 when I bought it.

I am having a code 99 on the side of the basket but it work good for the ground controls .
Is there any ways you can get a video under the unit where the plugs are under the rotation platform , I unplug some cables and I am not sure Which order they go back

I have a T350 that just stopped working.
Use any control and the pump runs for a few seconds with no movement, then you get the 9 code.
The outriggers or halfway down making it impossible to tow.

When we turn ours on, it beeps and the contactor pulls in, then after 5 seconds the contactor drops out...
