Thanks Ally.Great views for not a lot of effort involved.Perfect for a wee short day.Had thought about linking the other Corbetts up and doing a circular route but opted to just come back down the same way.
Nice hike there Andy, and not too far away. Looked nice and steady going and the views were superb.👍 nice looking over to Dorian & co and the other way to tyndrum and beyond. Hope you didnae fill up at the GW, robbing gits😂. Well done again Andy. ATB Frank.👍🏴🏔
Never use the Green Welly apart from a pee, lol.Had planned to do 3 Corbetts but wasn't up to it so just came back down same way.Nice wee day out.Replied again to ur Klibreck comment but has disappeared.🤔🤔19 to go Frank and all will be done in good weather with no time limit for a finish.😃👍
@@AndyOB yeh no point in doing the other 2 if yeh canny be arsed. That’s good only 19 left Andy👍 and absolutely agree no point in rushing them, all good weather hikes to savour them. I’ve still got your reply on Ben Klibreck Andy so hadn’t disappeared my end. And I replied I watch your vid again b4 I done it and loved your cloud inversion you got. I’m sidelined just now Andy, went over on my ankle on my last wee hike up there Am Faochagach. Might be out for a few more weeks.😡 Take care mate.
Thanks Kev, it's a good wee jaunt.I was thinking of doing the circular route described in Walkhighlands which takes in another 2 Corbetts. This was my 1st time this year wearing my boots rather than trail shoes and to be honest my feet didnae like it so sacked that idea.🤣🤣 Trail shoes are deffo the way forward for me if the weather is ok. Never, ever thought I would say that after years of wearing big heavy boots.🤣🤣👍🦶
Planning some winter forays here this year Andy! I'm looking forward to visiting some of these Corbetts that are relatively close! Im sure that's a better view than it's big neighbour! Paul.
Hey Paul, was setting out to do 3 Corbetts this day but my feet couldn't be arsed.🤣🤣👍Think there is another 4 near this one and another 2 across the road of the A82.Good place for winter walking with Tyndrum a good base camp as the roads will be looked after.😃👍
Thank you.Yes it is a lovely area and have enjoyed walking all the mountains around here.I've had a few breakfasts and hot cups of tea out the R.F. Cafe over the years.Like a dinner out of the Tyndrum Inn as well across the road.😃👍
