She is also misusing copyright by abusing the DMCA on creators posting clips for the purposes of commentary. That falls under fair use. Growing up, its like he knew talking about me se*ually got lots of attention, then as teens all these gross weird rumors went around, and you can imagine once alcohol got flowing, everyone had fun trading stories about how weird and wild I was- denying things was pointless( Like "Oh? You DON'T play "flasher" by wearing a trenchcoat and surprising *flashing* your brother? Right- No brother would make up such sick stuff, you lying weirdo!")God, I wish that was true.... And what sucks is that once everyone believes him and imagines and laughs about me that way , it feels like they all some collective Memory of seeing me that way, like it happened in a way and its so violating like I haven't even DONE anything and can't cover up these images everyone's playing in their heads, GOD! I know enough about psychology to understand its just like a powerful way for them to bond through comradery and inside jokes about a common "enemy" and its not personal because it isn't about ME its about some story he's using for attention, but it still turns my stomach and I hate him and them for believing and rewarding him and punishing me. Its torture like how can I ever just be normal, and be okay? I just cant imagine, everything about everything I wear and say and do is just Tainted and wrong and weird and trying to prove you're normal proves youre not, its so exhausting and unfair and embarrassing and evil.

FYI body checking specifically is something done within the eating disorder community (yes there's communities unfortunately). You show off your body but in specific ways to highlight your thinness. Adjusting yourself so your collar bones are more prominent, standing so that you show an extreme thigh gap, holding your arms more straight in order to make your arms look even thinner, showing off large bracelets to emphasise your tiny wrists, the list goes on. What's really terrible about body checking is that you never say those words, you just do those actions whenever you are taking a photo of yourself or make a video. The person wants to highlight to the world how thin they are, probably to validate their eating disorder (that's how it was from me) and in my case instill envy. Videos and photos taken of obvious body checking are spread through the ED community as something to strive for, and thus the cycle continues.
Tldr; body checking is an action people in the ED community do to show off their thin bodies.

olivia's personal attachments and insights into this story make it so much more entertaining than any other run-of-the-mill drama on youtube. something about how she gets the whole crew engaged despite not necessarily being interested otherwise really made this a great episode.

Olivia HATES Colleen so much that she can’t even give fair compliment to her singing and talent while other members are being fair 😂
Edit: clearly Colleen can sing. No one said it’s the best, just the members acknowledged the fact that she can sing.
If you’re actually mature enough, not like 19 yo, you’ll admit the fact that she can sing.

Honestly the “second act” of the song pisses me off so much. We are under no obligation to “kindly let you know and help you to grow.” That is all on YOU. Growing is YOUR responsibility. You can ask family and friends for help, but putting that burden on an entire community is parasocial and insane 😠

She reminds me of my dad in the sense that his actions cause my sis and I trauma and now as adults we are scarred by those actions, he never took accountability or apologized, never felt like he did wrong, never apologized. He just turned it on us and made us feel like we were the problem. He no longer lives with us so his psychological abuse/ manipulation is over!

Most of us normies didn't even know about the allegations until she made this crap. Miranda Sings just kind of faded into oblivion 10 years ago as far as I was concerned. Maybe she just wanted to go out with a bang.
