I have an 04 fiesta lx. Lovely car, Had no major problems, Few jobs done here and there. Can probably get another few years out of her. Good luck on your project.
Yeah they are just awesome little cars aren't they! yeah i have an instagram if your interested in staying up to date on that my username is @clarkyyy2105
My brothers mk6 fiesta has the same issue with the window, you can get a kit to fix it as its a common issue on these. The plastic parts get worn and shave off. Took 4 hours to fix that window issue!
To be honest most of these fiestas will most likely be around the 90/100k mark because of their age. Any service history would be beneficial and i like to look at the cars previous MOT,s so you can see what sort of condition the car is in. You can normally pick one up from £500.00/£800.00 depending on the condition of one! Hope this helps!
Yeah thanks for the tip! I'll plan on doing it before the winter sets in haha! Yeah its definitely an option for the future! Would look great with some bumpers on 🔥
@@LiamsToolbox did some research as I'm planning on obtaining an mk6 soon. It is the resister pack, located in the drivers footwell behind the center console. looking forward to the mods and vids
Yeah its a little fiddly to change in terms of access but a simple enough job to do considering you don't need many tools! I'll chuck a video up on it when i change it 👍
That’s a limited edition fiesta flame quite rare, also my grandad had a mk6 05 Fiesta Zetec-S he owned a few years ago and my other grandad had a Ford Fusion 3 1.6 in red 04 and had it from early 2007 in till December 2020 and also had a Focus Sport116 (55 reg) which he scrapped last week which is sad but it had 272k miles on the clock and was past its sell time date, and I think the Fusion is being used at a garage or is privately owned, and like the car gonna sub to see what happens next
@@LiamsToolbox deffo recommend a Fusion [3] on the next project the fusion 3 because it has 15inch alloys and velour interior and in red there’s one on auto trader EO54WRZ and my grandads was EO04JWZ
@@LiamsToolbox it’s gone on eBay to so if u can there’s another one for £500 in silver with 89k miles and doesn’t look to bad 2004 YE04YEC and I’d avoid post facelift they just look ugly the orangy bit on the headlight pre facelift look a lot nicer same W the fiesta
I brought one for £120 with mot 5 door 55 plate same alloys as that clean body work and interior was high reving then fix it 5 mins after buying it because I pipe was disconected from throttle body then ran smoothly and quietly
yeah I had the same idle problem with my 55 plate, it was a split pipe, i just glued and taped it back together to get it through the MOT runs fine now. I also had a problem where the bonnet wouldn't shut, seen it a few times on the ford forums - lowering the hook on the bonnet with some washers fixed it

I don't know what ford did back then, but they didn't even have a typical plastic smell. And they didn't even have air fresheners. Shame yours faded away.
Don’t think you did lots of videos on this car , as you say in the description at the start 😢 little fibber ,, l o l , only pulling your chain fellor , good vid give you thumbs up 👍 shane uk 🇬🇧
For 300 pounds it's a bargain and in decent shape after all. Definitely subscribed, can't wait to see more!
Thank you so much!

I think if we look after them they will last a life time! Great little cars, thank you.
plus i think you should fit a face lift front bumper on an ST bumper to it at some point to add to the looks
Make it an st rep like every other 1.25 mk6?😂
Yeah i know right 😂 except mine is a 1.4l 😅
Get your self a Instagram mate, to keep with updates. Excited for you. Love watching videos of fiesta projects.

That's awesome! My green fiesta is on 186000 and still going strong!
@@LiamsToolbox it is a 1242cc duratec engine can it be modified for more power
You can probably do a little bit but as its a 1.25 you might only see a little gain in power
Im looking at fiesta's for my first car. What do you think is the best millage that offers a good price while not being to much of a big number?

I think with the heater fan it's just a resister maybe? Not a bad buy , would be great to add ST bumpers
