I am in a deep thought of putting my Sony clock radio for ipod touch 4th gen in a retirement of playing fm radio and this came as an idea. My sony radio still works fine but my preset buttons are working in a weird way sometimes. I had this radio for 10 years already and will still be used to charge my 4th gen ipod touch and to be my computer speaker. I'll pay 99,99$ CAD dollars for another radio/speaker. I also love the look of it.

What would make them more cool is a little turntable that turns with a tonearm over it. For imagining it is playing a record. I would really like that. Flashing lights are great too.
I imagine they could do that...for an additional cost. Plus it is definitely something that would likely break. Everything else is digital and something mechanical would have a tendency to break as opposed to being digital.

Record-ology, I've seen and admired this jukebox replica sitting on your kitchen counter many times, but had no idea that it was a CD player. That is way cool, for sure! Just for laughs, I bought some blank Virbitim CD-R's that look like old school 45 RPM records. I burned some oldies music on a couple, and the rest I did old rock and roll Christmas music being the holidays are coming up. The CD's definitely add even more charm to the whole jukebox experience. Seriously, best money I have ever spent!!! (Especially listening to the soundtrack to the movies "Grease", "American Graffiti", and "The Rocky Horror Picture Show".)

The one without the cd has an auxiliary jack input. You can run a portable cd player thought that.
