Brynley! I LOVE your videos girl. You are a light and you radiate joy! You have to try Rowe Casa’s period relieve!! Its an essential oil blend and it has INSANE reviews for eradicating cramps. My cousin with endometriosis tried it a few days ago, and her cramps were gone within 10 mins. I tried it too this cycle and I have taken 0 ibuprofen when I would’ve been a dozen deep by now! Also, I use natural cycles as well and I am planning to get an oura ring. I think it acts as a whoop for exercise tracking, and it tracks your core temp so that you don’t have to with the NC thermometer! It may be an amazing partnership for you 🫢
