I’m just starting to try out Cargo Pro with Unreal 5.3. No matter what resolution I import it all looks 720p. I can see the textures are 4k, still looks 720. What am I doing wrong?
The answer to the question is virtual textures. Cargo imports are not set up to work with virtual textures by default. Do not apply virtual textures to Cargo imports. Alternatively I suppose you could rework the master material. You can still use virtual textures on other things, just avoid Cargo imports. Easiest solution, in project settings, under virtual textures, turn off auto virtual textures on imports.
It's not working with U5.2 for me. So will there be any update anytime soon?
Are all these assets downloaded to your PC or are they stored in Cargo and we can access them while in our project? I won’t be back at my PC to try this for 6 weeks to try this for myself, which is why I’m asking here.
Its nicer if you could buy only the item ure interested in and not the whole pack 😊
