      my hiit routine: burpees, mountain climber, jumping jack, crunch, jump rope and I alternate with bodyweight and running 💪

    I did this !!
    movement 1- jumping jacks
    movement 2- burpees
    movement 3- jumping rope
    movement 4- mountain claimbers
    movement 5- plank

    1. squat w medicine ball lift
    2. plank
    3. donkey kicks 15 secs each leg
    4. tricep extensions
    5. weighted bridge
    i did a jog in place (the one where you touch one foot on a ball... like a soccer warm-up) for the 30 secind rest. a nice burn/sweat for a short workout.

    Movement 1. Jumping jacks
    2. Forearm plank reaches
    3. Mountain climbers
    4. Good mornings
    5. Knee ins

    1: kneel to knee drive
    2: side bound w double shuffle
    3: 90• squat pivot
    4: forward bound to fever bear crawl
    5: reverse plank marches
    6: static sprints

    I appreciate this timer so much! I come back to this multiple times a week! Although I would love if you guys could make one that’s 30 minutes long, because I always rewind it to the beginning after 10 minutes to get 30 minutes in!
    But other than that it’s perfect!

    Well it's been a year as we can see, but still d useful,yes, a timer without any annoying sound in it this is just great. But the way I wonder if I can download it if you don't mind. Thanks a lot from 🇲🇦👈🌍 hope you and all of your people to get of of this safe and healthy.
