1. squat w medicine ball lift 2. plank 3. donkey kicks 15 secs each leg 4. tricep extensions 5. weighted bridge i did a jog in place (the one where you touch one foot on a ball... like a soccer warm-up) for the 30 secind rest. a nice burn/sweat for a short workout.
