i wouldn't say ALL of these police were lenient...the majority maybe...but the problem with USA cops is there is no grey area; they go from hot to cold way too fast. they are reasonable and calm one minute and then if the victim starts to get upset or too vocal or aggressivbe they are instantly like "nope, shut that down...no more talking...i ain't listening to you no more" and as a profesional in special needs and mental disorders i can tell you that doesn't work with anyone who has issues...they have to learn to be patient.

I have an 11 year old son that is autistic that shows some of this same behavior. She is exhibiting some things that says she is probably at least autistic if not schizophrenic.
