This is beyond ridiculous!! You as a Realtor should be ashamed and held accountable when the market crashes again and you have left people bankrupt! This house is not worth $650k.. Maybe $300k pushing it $400k for materials and shotty build at best! Shame on you for your greed and misleading info, which i'm pretty sure anyone with the " Realtor" title can't do! Shame on you!!!
I don’t think you understand that as realtors we do not set the price of these market homes. That decision is up to the developer who built the home. In this case the builder is McKelvey.
