I’ve started buying more bric a brac and have made decent profits on sold items. For example this week I’ve sold: 3 dimpled pint glasses bought for £1.50 and sold for £14.99; a vinaigrette bottle bought in a 10 for £1 bundle of items the shop couldn’t sell and sold for £7. I have lots I need to list though! The vintage items seem to be good buys… bought a teapot for £2 that consistently sells for £20. Even some plates and bowls sell for a very decent price. People break one, want to replace it. Only thing is, you need to pack the items really well to avoid breakages which won’t be covered by any compensation. Lots of bubble wrap and newspaper… and in a lager box padded out with paper seems to work.

I’m glad it’s not just me struggling to sell since the changes to fees on private accounts. Trying to sell inherited items and it’s slowed down a lot. I’ve noticed since October 1st my organic views are down and my promoted are higher. But overall less views too. I think eBay are trying to force private sellers into paying more for promotion. But could just be me with that one.
Yes I’m also glad that it’s not just me. Feel like EBay are going to make there money now from promotion 👌🏽hope your sales increase 👍🏽

Are you going to re register on eBay as a business seller? You’re documenting in every video that you buy items to resell for profit. In other words that’s a business. Only a matter of time before you’re caught out.
Yes I am👍🏽EBay have now brought out a rule for private sellers too. No fees 👌🏽
