As a cheerleader that is a Flyer I love this and my school does this I would be the middle flyer but we don't do the flips during our stunts. And what they did at the beginning to get in to the bases hands to go up in the air that's called a jump in, or if you wanted to be like casual you can like step in but on my cheer team you jump in
