There are plenty of pictures from around before the pandemic where he clearly looks older and closer to those photos. He could just have posted a legit new photo where he didn't look quite so older and infirmed - fans would have appreciated that and it would have done the most to address the issue.

This Karate Kid is better the first original one feels a bit rushed of the second one was better but then in the end they broke up and i the third one they even didn’t kiss. I like Dre better the characters fits way better for me in the movie and the concept overall much better
