  • A variant of water-based pies. Tasty with any filling.
    Ingredients for 12 pies
    Flour - 700 g
    Warm water - 500 ml
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Sugar - 1 tablespoon
    Oil - 1 tablespoon
    Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
    Filling:
    Cottage cheese - 600 g
    Eggs - 2 pieces
    Salt
    Green onion or dill to taste.
    Oil for frying
    Preparation:
    Place salt, sugar, oil, vinegar and lukewarm water in a bowl. Mix well. Gradually add the sifted flour. Mix into a soft dough. Leave covered for 20 minutes. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Prepare the filling of cheese, eggs and salt to taste. Mix well. Roll out a thin sheet on the floured dough with a rolling pin and place the filling. Fry in hot oil over medium heat on each side until golden brown. Remove to a paper towel to absorb the oil.
