I experienced this once and had a match with a really great player and he constantly shoot at every angle and the only way to save those is by using your own defenders to stop it while the gk recovers. It’s mad annoying because at the end of the day all the defenders are everywhere and they don’t have enough time to stop the next shots.
I remember in FIFA 13 after directing Deportivo Guadalajara, Hellas Verona, West Ham and Manchester City, in the last season to play me I went to Barcelona and there was Lloris in his last year, he was an extraordinary goalkeeper, he even saved all the penalties in one round in the semifinals of the Copa del Rey. Just one of my favorite goalkeepers.
