I get sleep paralysis usually. My experience usually goes like this: I “wake up” and try to get up. I realize that I’m in sleep paralysis and usually keep reminding myself in my head that nothing can hurt me. I try not to move because that usually makes it worse. I get this ringing in my ears and feel them basically throbbing, it doesn’t hurt tho. Sometimes I get hallucinations but usually I just see darkness. When I get hallucinations it’s basically like a normal dream. I just wait a few minutes reminding myself that it’s all in my head and it will end soon so nothing will hurt me. After a few minutes i wake up and take a moment to take a deep breath and calm down. I hope this helps you understand!! Also if you get sleep paralysis or just want to prevent it I have some tips! Try not to sleep on your back Don’t stay up late every night (i stay up late a lot and whenever I do I get sleep paralysis:/ That’s all :)
I've had sleep paralysis before after watching ouija, the door was slightly open and my friend was sleeping over, I had the grossest feeling ever, it was hard to breath and the only thing you could pretty much do is keep your eyes open and stare at the thing that is bothering you. After what seemed to be hours I finally got the courage to move and sleep. I haven't had it ever since that night but it still scares me.

My dad can not tell a lie without telling the truth in the end.

Fun fact: a few days ago I went out side my room into the kitchen to get iced tea, this was at 2 AM. Dont ask why I stay up all night, im a night person. As I went out into the kitchen, I poured the iced tea and heard my dog yawn/sigh VERY CLOSE TO ME, so I went into my living room, which is connected to my kitchen and he wasnt any where to be seen. So I walked back over to my room and I look over into my parents room and hes asleep, lol..
I suffered from sleep paralysis for 2 weeks STRAIGHT and not joking I saw 3 people pinning me down ony bed, the two of them are holding my arms and the other one is like choking me, it's all dark and I couldn't even see my room it's just all dark and I saw 3 people with red eyes just pinning me down, and I remember telling that to my family but they never listen, then after 4 or maybe 5 months later, my mom told me that she saw us siblings playing outside at night, I told her that I would never go out at night bc of what I experienced and she also asked my younger brother and sister but they said, "no mom we would never play at night bc we're too scared of the dark" now they believed me and it all stopped when we moved to another house.

When I was very young, I had a cat named “Nakas” I know it’s an odd name but, one night I woke up and walked down the hallway. in the kitchen I saw her with head hanging on by a little piece of skin, I was with my mum and she walked right past it. I was petrified so pretended it wasn’t there so I walked around it and I heard it hiss at me. I screamed and my mother hit me saying “shut up” my mother is in jail at the moment. But I ran to my room and saw the cat on my bed, it’s head was fine so I happily slept next to my baby cat.
This actually happened this morning but I was awake at around 5:30 and I heard breathing and snoring which sounded like my little brother who was above me on our bunk bed. I wanted to go tell my mom that I don't wanna go to school since it's my last day anyway. I got off and my brother wasn't there. I checked my living room then my sister's room. There he was. Laying in my sister's bed. I'm still terrified because he's taking a nap rn

When I was 13, my mom and dad were very religious and had never let me watch scary movies no matter how many times I asked because they believed it would invite demons into our house. At that point I was always curious as to why they thought that way because all of my friends that would watch scary movies always said they were so cool but I trusted my parents and never watched scary movies. However, one night when I was 23 my curiosity got the best of me and I decided to watch A Nightmare on Elm Street while my husband was at the bar with his guy friends and my 3 year old was in the other room sleeping soundly. When it was over I went to bed feeling satisfied that I finally got to watch a scary movie. Suddenly, at 1 a.m. I woke up to the sound of my child vomiting so I go to his room and take him to the bathroom to get him cleaned up. When I turned on the lights, it was the scariest thing I have ever seen in my life... he was covered in blood and small chunks of what I suspected to be food. I ran to his room to see if there were any sharp objects that he could have cut himself on but there was nothing but a giant puddle of blood next to and inside of his crib. I go back to the bathroom to continue cleaning him up and he vomits again and it’s all blood. He hadn’t cut himself, the blood I had seen everywhere was his vomit... I called my husband and parents and rushed him straight to the hospital. While waiting for the doctor to tell us what was going on, my parents come up to me and ask, “Did you watch a scary movie this week?” I was absolutely freaked out and so confused how they knew so I said, “Uh- um how did you know?” My mother then spoke in a soft voice and said, “On me and your fathers honeymoon, we decided to watch a scary movie while you were sleeping and you woke up in the middle of the night puking blood just like this.” I think it’s safe to say that I will never be watching any scary movies ever again.

Fun fact: a few days ago I went out side my room into the kitchen to get iced tea, this was at 2 AM. Dont ask why I stay up all night, im a night person. As I went out into the kitchen, I poured the iced tea and heard my dog yawn/sigh VERY CLOSE TO ME, so I went into my living room, which is connected to my kitchen and he wasnt any where to be seen. I suffered from sleep paralysis for 2 weeks STRAIGHT and not joking I saw 3 people pinning me down ony bed, the two of them are holding my arms and the other one is like choking me, it's all dark and I couldn't even see my room it's just all dark and I saw 3 people with red eyes just pinning me down, and I remember telling that to my family but they never listen, then after 4 or maybe 5 months later, my mom told me that she saw us siblings playing outside at night, I told her that I would never go out at night bc of what I experienced and she also asked my younger brother and sister but they said, "no mom we would never play at night bc we're too scared of the dark" now they believed me and it all stopped when we moved to another house.

When I was very young, I had a cat named “Nakas” I know it’s an odd name but, one night I woke up and walked down the hallway. in the kitchen I saw her with head hanging on by a little piece of skin, I was with my mum and she walked right past it. I was petrified so pretended it wasn’t there so I walked around it and I heard it hiss at me. I screamed and my mother hit me saying “shut up” my mother is in jail at the moment. But I ran to my room and saw the cat on my bed, it’s head was fine so I happily slept next to my baby cat.

When I was 13, my mom and dad were very religious and had never let me watch scary movies no matter how many times I asked because they believed it would invite demons into our house. At that point I was always curious as to why they thought that way because all of my friends that would watch scary movies always said they were so cool but I trusted my parents and never watched scary movies. However, one night when I was 23 my curiosity got the best of me and I decided to watch A Nightmare on Elm Street while my husband was at the bar with his guy friends and my 3 year old was in the other room sleeping soundly. When it was over I went to bed feeling satisfied that I finally got to watch a scary movie. Suddenly, at 1 a.m. I woke up to the sound of my child vomiting so I go to his room and take him to the bathroom to get him cleaned up. When I turned on the lights, it was the scariest thing I have ever seen in my life... he was covered in blood and small chunks of what I suspected to be food. I ran to his room to see if there were any sharp objects that he could have cut himself on but there was nothing but a giant puddle of blood next to and inside of his crib. I go back to the bathroom to continue cleaning him up and he vomits again and it’s all blood. He hadn’t cut himself, the blood I had seen everywhere was his vomit... I called my husband and parents and rushed him straight to the hospital. While waiting for the doctor to tell us what was going on, my parents come up to me and ask, “Did you watch a scary movie this week?” I was absolutely freaked out and so confused how they knew so I said, “Uh- um how did you know?” My mother then spoke in a soft voice and said, “On me and your fathers honeymoon, we decided to watch a scary movie while you were sleeping and you woke up in the middle of the night puking blood just like this.” I think it’s safe to say that I will never be watching any scary movies ever again.
