I personally like to add a shake of soy sauce and smoked paprika. Crumble in blue cheese and you now have restaurant-style blue cheese dressing

Thank you! I always pump and then pull up to go in and pay (have a pre-pump authorization for a chain in my area) and it irritates me to no end when people just leave their car and then go shop for 15 minutes ordering food etc 🤦🏻♀️

Being Australian, I've never been to a "Kwik Trip" but totally get the vibes. Only discovered Charlie about 2 months ago and have been binge watching ever since. Hands down my fav comedian

Kwik Trip is awesome. When my boyfriend first moved to MN from SC, he had never been to one, and now it's literally one of his favorite places to get food. Kwik Trip is so much more than just a gas station

Fresh breakfast lunch and dinner. Kwik grab grocery items. Milk in a bag. Booze. Lotto ticket. Gas. If you’re at a Kwik trip truck stop you can grab a shower… it’s glorious. Also the lil twin ham sammies all dressed up, I still think about to this day living in Colorado. Kwik Trip! Come to Colorado!!! Culver’s is already here!!!

My two favorite Wisconsin fine eateries, Kwik Trip and Ishnala.
Wisconsin gas stations are a magical place. When you're hungry and have been on the road a long time you can always count on finding real Wisconsin cheese and landjagers at a Wisconsin gas station.

Kwik Trip is the best! I just wish we had one closer to where we live. They have really good pizza and soups. The employees all seem to love working there, too. Also can't beat the price of those steaks!

okay thanks for explaining the concept. I could vaguely understand that the waiter was over dramatizing and over selling all the items like the bag of onion chips and the ketchup. But what was his motive? what was his incentive? was he being sarcastic? I think he was just trying to elevate his local gas station but why? I guess he was taking immense pride in it. So I think the punchline or the summary of the video is that midwesteners take immense pride in their local gas station. Or did I miss the big picture again?

I just moved to Iowa from Nevada.
We didn't have anything like Kwik Trip there. Its by far the most consistently good gas station food I've had (Casey's is good too). The burgers are pretty good and they have all the fixings, lettuce, tomatoes, onions....
They consistently have free samples of the ready made meals freshly prepared. Things like fettuccine Alfredo, and the sample portions are pretty large. You could almost have lunch on the samples. The people are always friendly and the store and bathrooms are clean.

I literally got back from South Carolina and am now enlightened to how much better our Midwest gas station bathrooms are.
As a south Carolinian I can confirm that they suck
SC gas stations bathrooms are something, but I did one time witness a man washing a whole raw chicken in the bathroom of a gas station in Indiana.
I've lived in SC my entire life, I just assumed all gas station bathrooms were what nightmares are made of
In NC I watched someone tear all of the toilet paper dispensers off the stalls and leave with them. Not sure if it's at the same level as SC, but it's probably up there.

To be fair, Kwik Trip is one of the best truck stop chains out there. just about all of them have premade meals, or fresh meat ready for the grill. It's like a small grocery store.
The one in my town always had a pretty nice bakery, too. Its also interesting that it was way bigger than the one I live close to in Atlanta now.
