For internship you'll have to pay between 20-30 k for 6 months. It depends on hospital how much they charge. If u want to be RD then you'll have to do internship under IDA otherwise you can do internship under any Multi-speciality hospital ( NABH Approved).
Rd internship is little different and tough you'll have to fullfill the criteria and complete it in 6 months. You can't take holidays continuously for more than 2 days , and in most hospital sunday is never off . You'll have to work in 2 shifts ( different hospitals have different way of working)

I don't think that doing an internship will help coz you haven't done anything related to nutrition and dietetics. Maybe do a diploma or masters then doing an internship would add some value, otherwise it isn't worth it
