Had my first wrestling tournament in September.(I’m a bjj guy)My shoulder ended up dislocating for the first time in my life 20 seconds into the match. Coach just put it right back in and kept going. Happened again. Same thing right back in and back to it. Even fell on that shoulder one point during the match it was so bad I thought it happened again. I ended up pinning the dude with 1 second left in the second round. Was so happy and the adrenaline really filled me but I had to forfeit the finals match because after it wore off I couldn’t move my arm. Turns out I tore my labrum. Just started physical therapy last week(the process of getting it checked out, then an mri, and getting insurance involved took a long time) So currently recovering and haven’t been able to do anything physical really the last month and a half.
