That voice is taken from a trailer for a Warhammer 40k game, Hallowed didn't make that speech, so they cannot change it. Not that it needs to be changed anyway, because while it might be kinda hard to hear it properly here and I understand why you misheard it as "you'll", if you go listen to that trailer, he does actually say "You will".
