I have seen a number of these boxed sets where the price it not worth the cost. I guess they did their homework on how to market them, athough. As for the set, I would just look out the these on cards.
Yeah, they’re pretty pricey for what you get. I think for the price they should be metal/metal. The cars in the pack are exclusive to the pack. They all have paint/TAMPO/wheel combos that have only been released in this pack. So, they are totally unique and an exact car can't be purchased individually, but are they unique enough to justify the price? I think not. If it weren't for making UA-cam videos on the pack, I certainly wouldn't have bought it. And even though, I know I'll make my money back on the case through my channel, it still hurts to buy it, lol.
Only the Classic Batmobile has a metal base. All the others are plastic. I agree, they are not worth the price since they are no better than basic $1.19 cars.
Actually I heard your description at the end of the video disclosing how the models are made like plastic bases or bodies, therefore not worth buying the box or set. Why? My opinion is, first of all these are all previously release models that sold for $1.19 each, here they are put together in a pretty box making look special and these sell for $20++. For this kind of money, unless the cars are metal/metal, then not worth buying them. Good marketing strategy for Mattel to put them together like this and charge more, bad for those that don't know any better. Thank you for the video.
All of these are technically exclusive to this pack. They have a combination of paint color, TAMPOs, window color, interior color, and wheel type that make them completely unique to the pack. If you look them up, you'll find that each car has previously been released in the same color, but maybe with a different wheel type, or interior color. Just enough difference to make them unique to the pack. However, they are still essentially $1.19 cars in a fancy pack. There is not enough difference to make them truly unique, and they are certainly of no better quality. In this pack, the cars basically cost $4 each. It's a great way for Mattel to make extra $$$ off of cheap cars and I agree, it's bad for those who don't know any better. I've got another Batman pack, a 10 pack, that I am going to be opening soon. I almost guarantee it will be the same way.

You forgot to show the bottom of the cars, for what these boxes sell for, the bases better be metal, otherwise they are not worth buying.

Kinda of disappointing. The box set,not your video
Lol. At least the video was ok. I agree on the set, it's a bit underwhelming. For the price the cars should be metal/metal and with more detail.
