I am so proud to be a part of this family. My grandfather Antone would be so incredibly proud as well. He is dearly missed. As you can see. Makes me so happy to think back on all the memories growing up out here. & just as much to be apart of the memories we still make. This is my absolute favorite place on Earth. Always has been. Always will be. Season after season. Every Winter after Fall after Summer after Spring that I have been able to enjoy here. It makes me think about how blessed I truly am. Above all I am so incredibly thankful for all the hard work my Uncle Jeff has done to keep this place alive & to stay with our family, to this day, after all these years. Lucky 4 lodge. Heaven on Earth. 🖤
@@beauchampion749 Antone was a great man, we have many fond memories of him and the gang coming to the ole country and having some blackberry and home made brownies and peeing in a cool whip container lol
Incredible camp! The structure and amenities along with the great stories really illustrates what a UP deer camp is all about. I lived in the UP for 26 years and cherish the memories of times spent at camp and in the woods with close friends. The first place that I ever deer hunted was out of a small, one-room cabin in Iron County. Great times!
I was lucky enough to be invited to come to the Moose Milk Mansion, a camp in southern Marquette County for more than 20 years. The Camp had a wood stove, propane lights, a pump for water, a propane stove, and a wood fired sauna. I took several nice bucks off that property. There is just something special about a U P deer camp.
Beautiful camp. I can't wait to move back up that way in less then two years I hope. I'm originally from Hancock so I'm looking forward to some decent snow falls. Thanks for sharing Charley I really appreciate the videos and your content. Keep UP the great work. Maybe one day we can sit and BS over a beer or two.
Love your camp; I just bought a camp myself in the Burt/Alger county area and it’s much crustier than yours, but it’s a start! I’m not even a hunter, I just love the U.P. and making good memories over a beer or six.
Very cool deer camp...pulling a all day sit..11 1/2 hrs...been snowing since 10am...not as much as expected..and no deer yet...tough...love the u.p. southern Michigan hunter...good luck to all
UPPERS ARE THE BEST PEOPLE ! SALT-OF-THE-EARTH. MAKES ME PROUD TO KNOW I SPEND EVERY SEPTEMBER, ROCTOBER AND NOVEMBER IN IRON COUNTY! LETS HEAR IT FOR HEMATITE TOWNSHIP?
Love the cabin, enjoy your times there, that is what deer camp is about, unfortunately all my hunting buddies go separately to different secret places , searching for monsters and don't get the old school deer camp experience like this. We all have big deer on the wall but the experience usually wasn't shared with anyone except through text messages.
Man that was a great tour of just a unique hunting camp, (and even though hate sauna's) I like the way you pronounce the word. I've been looking forward to this video as you had a time set up for it. Well worth the wait, all the best Charlie.
What a unique camp. I like that everything came from on the property. Owner must be a bunch of skilled Carpenters, Masons, Plumbers, etc. Channel idea: Do a Subscriber " Giveaway " a randomly chosen subscriber gets a hunt in your Deer Camp and you make a video of it. I think there would be a lot of interest in that.
Not sure who wants to see 0000 deer in a week in the woods lol as that’s what 3 of 4 of us saw lol but always something to think about. Thanks for stopping by the channel and I hope you had a chance to subscribe
That's luxury, now I'm sad to go to our primitive camp after seeing that place..................Oh well, I am fortunate to have a great place to hunt and great friends to hunt with.

The owner is not rich by any stretch of the imagination, a lot of the mounts he has accumulated since 1992 and does his own taxidermy , some things given to him as gifts and lots of hard work.

Worst part of camp is leaving.

Well living in the UP I’d say that’s not your average camp, that’s a rich mans camp
The owner is not rich by any stretch of the imagination, a lot of the mounts he has accumulated since 1992 and does his own taxidermy , some things given to him as gifts and lots of hard work.
Agreed. My Grandparents & Uncle put their blood sweat & tears into this camp. Worked hard to keep it a part of the family.
