Tetuan has a lot of road works recently. We have a property right next to Yubenco Tetuan, because of the road works there we have not visited our land there for almost 6 months.

The government is building a much needed subway line extension down a major commercial road in the city and the construction has driven away customers from the area. The poor business owners have experienced a dramatic drop in business without much help from the government that caused their problem in the first place. The customers will not come back until the project is over and the business owners have to calculate whether or not they can survive until them. TIP: Do not depend on any estimates or timetable they give you of the completion date as there are too many variables to consider. It's like trying to predict the weather two weeks from now.
Yes, doing some work in-house means that you will be ready to come back stronger once the time is right to open again. Just need to weather a small storm, first. We got through a pandemic, you can get through this also!

You come across as being very honest and you share from the heart.I am a Christian in the USA and I just prayed for you to still prosper through these changes that are beyond your control. I grew up on a farm here in Missouri in the central United States. I have kept fish since I was 8 years old and I am 66 years old. I too have had a series of losses beyond my control which were brought by serious health problems. In fact I have been in a nursing home now for over 2 years. I have a very rare nerve disease that is the most painful disease known to medical science. It's called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome with no cure and no FDA approved treatments and it gets worse with time. The Administrator here just gave me permission to have a small aquarium in my room. Anyway I pray that the Lord brings good things to us Dexter. You come across as being very likable. God bless both of us Dexter.

I love koi fish but the spanish government banned the sale of them because people don't realise that they grow big and need more space than a small tank and they throw to a river and affected in our ecosystem because those fish eat more than others and act as a "pest" but they're not the only pet who people abandoned in the streets because people are irresponsible to keep them. They gift & buy pets on Xmas, birthdays or in any special event and next throw them when they grow or had babies. So the animal shelters are full of them and the government, if they don't get adopted, they put them sleep and it's sad. A lot of small pet shops are closed by the irresponsability of others (now it's forbbiden to sell any pet except fish)... Yours it's closed because the government is improving the drainage to avoid more losts. You will recover soon those losts... You will see...

Might be other locations to rent or buy. Keep your head up. You got time to fix the rat problem at the closed store.
