Looks like a rundown 70s office building from the outside and like a hotel from the inside. Definitely not a home.

It is an impressive property with little hidden gems!! Amazing presentation as ever with the 'treadmill for the swimming pool' and especially loved the history piece about the previous owner!! And of course... you Jas!!! Looking absolutely stunning as ever!! 😮 ... You should be in a Bollywood movie and do (super)modelling as well!!👍🙂

This house really reminds me of Dune. It’s the colour scheme, the different textures used through-out the house, high walls. I would walk through this house and frequently feel the urge to watch the film 😂

Size, floors, spa, whatever - that is not the front of a £30m house, especially in London. The fit and finish is on par with a £2-3m house max and the master bedroom looks out to a wall?. Good luck selling this for 30 mil, I reckon it will go to auction.

It's so interesting to see how mega rich people would live. I can't help but see it as living in a hotel. Such a waste of space if it's not for a big family or if less than 4-6 people live in there. But really nice presentation!

So it would be more like 60 million if you put them together? how much are they separately? I would make the first gym into a yoga studio as it's smaller than the second gym but a turkish bath sounds great. Both properties are certainly interesting the second not what I was expecting though the part with the dark frontage isn't the facade for the second house is it? infinity pools are great for endurance swimming. I loved your outfit Jas and I don't wear white. Love the modern art deco like furnishing and finishes even in an asian style. Learnt a little history too thanks you two :)

Real estate is all about location, so it is worth it. The same thing in Mississippi would be much cheaper because fewer people want to live there.
If you have 30 million to spend I think you can do better for cheaper in London tbh.
Location. Think 10-20+ yrs from now or if you plan on having children, this is nothing more than an investment asset. Estates, Manors, Chateau's and Townhouses can be passed down for generations.

The modern structure is simply fabulous,
but the interior finishes and furnishings, in my opinion, are rather anonymous

30mill for a house without windows, every window just goes right into a wall. Thats why all the curtains are drawn. Some developer found a backyard in Mayfair and had this brilliant idea. u plebs actually thought it "brilliant" too.

It would depend on the level of work done in both but more importantly the sqft. For all we know, one can be 20-25 and the other 5-10 mill

The rooms are way too small and the walkways too narrow to fit into the luxury segment as the price tag leads you to believe. The layout of the building would suit several smaller appartments, all separately. It doesn't really make sense to make 1 big home here. Especially with the price tag and the limitations this house comes with (way too many floors and too small rooms).
What a waste of money building this house, almost all the bathrooms have no windows. What natural light she’s talking about? Such a dark and depressing house.
And she covered all the windows with shades because you can only see your neighbours' walls from the window😂

5mill for both properties and 25mill for the postcode. It’s nice inside but so cramped and the outside is horrible. The views, claustrophobic lift And downstairs in the pool area, low ceilings and the pool is so tiny, Bathrooms no windows. Mould has to be a problem.
I can’t even imagine if I was a billionaire buying this for 30 mill but this is way out of my realm.
For 15mill in London you could clearly get something amazing this is a lot of money for something very underwhelming. Just because of the location.
