Thank you for reminding me that I dont need to have white in my soap. I was initially concerned that the blue and gold were Michigan or West Virginia University colors. This was much more sophisticated. I didnt think of football even once. This is a beautiful soap!

😊 Thank you for watching and for your comment. I sometimes get in the mindset of not putting colors together because they remind me of something like that but usually when I push past it I don’t see it anymore and I like the contrast.

Wow, you got an awesome hanger design on this one!! It's strange how we each do things differently to achieve the same result. I mix all oils (hard and liquid) and melt them all together and put the lye in the fridge and they both cool down at the same rate. Have a great week ahead!

It is funny. I think everyone just develops their own technique and comfort level over time. When I need to cool they lye faster I put cold water in the sink and put the lye container in that. Lol. Happy long weekend!

Thank you very much for this awesome video! I learned a lot! Those swirls are just perfect, and the top looks amazing!
Providing the palm-free recipe was very kind! I will definitely try it out. It accommodated the swirls so beautifully.
I just found your channel today when you posted the Halloween soap, and I subscribed. I will be binge-watching this weekend, and taking notes. Have a great weekend, and thanks again!😊

@@sadiesoaps I can't wait to try the spooky hanger swirl. My notes are hilarious for the actual swirling part... dip, up, dip, up, up more, top, over, dip, slide, ...omg, like a demented drill sargeant teaching the troops to dance! I think I will just play that part of the video when I'm doing the actual swirl, lol. What fun!

How much lye & what do you mix it with? Aloe Vera juice, goat milk, d. Water

That is in the first minute of the video 😉
I only use distilled, never tap water. You can substitute liquids. I’ve used full substitution of frozen goat milk and it came out beautifully.

Is this the same recipe that I used when you were teaching me? 😊
