Aapka blog sach me bahut achha hota h.. Itne achhe se trip ko explain shayad he koi blogger kar sakta h.. sometimes I can't believe these places are in our India .. You inspired me to plan many trips that was unknown to me.. A Big Thanks Savvy ji..
Bohat accha laga, purani yadein taza ho gayi. Mai ghum chuka hu 2 bar . Aap ne sach pass ku chor dea . Chandratal me stay karna chahiye tha.ok bohat accha experience. Well done.
Spiti vs leh (by air and local in cab).... Leh by air and then local in cab... Looks better option 1. Pletue and no deep valleys 2. Always blue sky and no fog 3. Local are good may be Buddhist 4. Better / different view at different locations 5 . Blue lakes 6. Snow loaded peak around What is your recommendation..I think leh tour is better option in scenic/ safety / comfort point of view.. spiti is more scary
I relived my 2019 spiti trip in this video, this place is soo close to my heart it's Serene and unlike Ladakh it's very quite and remote Hope I'll visit this magnificent place again this year
Nice. Earlier i have planned to drive spiti with my mom aged 78. It's a solo drive, but somehow it didn't materialized and I drove all the seven sisters of North East with my mom from tawang to mamuli to tamu to champai to unakoti and back to kolkata. Just after we reach covid lockdown started. Hope this year sept i will drive again and this time lahul spiti wt leh ladakh Srinagar back to kolkata
Savvy aapko kafi time se janti hun jab aap fb me travel group me post karti thi friend list me bhi thi aap but fir gap hua ab aapki blogging dekho nice yaar kafi acche se banta hai aapne 👍
Wow...by your accent and way of speaking, I was certain that you are a Bengali and you have a Calcutta connection. I have seen almost all your videos right from South Goa (1st I had seen). In this Video I got to know that you are a Bengali. Great! Keep roaming and making fine videos for us...thanks a lot. Say Hi to Jamai Babu!
Thanks for making this video. It's very informative! Can you share your opinion on doing Spiti in April end/ early May? I understand it will have to be from Shimla side obviously. Would most places you mentioned in the video be accessible? How about Chandratal? What can expected in terms of the weather and road conditions? Appreciate your help!
After manali only Tandi have petrol pump which is not on route to kaza but is on route to leh. From shimla side lst pump is at Recongpio then at Kaza. In winter always carry diesal as trucks may not reach kaza.
Thanks Savvy....Your Spiti trip has been beautifully explained in words. "Driving karni hai to pahadoen pey hi karni chahiye". I am from Almora, Uttrakhand. I reside in NCR. Love to travel to hometown by car. Full of adventures, views, different experiences. Keep it up please. Yes, have subscribed your channel too. Looking forward to more travel vlogs. You should have compiled other two teammates' footage also.
Superb video. Look forward to seeing many more on this channel. I would have found the following additions useful: (1) Transcript of the vlog, (2) A mention of the distances between the places visited.
Your video is just awesome. And we are literally want to visit there, after watching it. So can you please suggest us that which will be the best time to visit.
Savvy grt work. This is the best video and info on UA-cam. I want to plan for spiti on 9 July to 16 July. or I can plan for a visit in September in first week. Please suggest who is the best time to visit July or September. I am waiting for your response.
In which month, you guys traveled to Spiti ? Because, the landscape is much greener than usual. It will help many to organise their most memorable trip. @savvy!
Few things not mentioned, the distance between places and time to reach one destination to other and the network availability on every destination. Kindly suggest. Rest everything is fine.
Well.. I haven't made the Detailed travel guide on Spiti yet.. that I am yet to plan ... See. u won't find network anywhere in Spiti except in Kaza .. that too BSNL only.. u have to purchase a local BSNL sim there otherwise... don't expect any connectivity in these remote villages.... Distance u can check in google maps.. thats pretty accurate what u can find on google maps..! for us we drove in our own car.. Day1: we drove from Kaza - Komic - demul -hikkim - Langza (took whole day with several stops in between as well as in villages) Day2: Langza - Kaza - Lallung - Dhankar (First half of the day).. second half we drove back to Kaza and continued to Key & stayed in Kibber. Day3: Kibber - Losar - Kunzum La by afternoon, then drove to Chandrataal and returned to Batal. And same evening we drove from Batal to khoksar and reached there by night.. Hope it helps!!! above I provided details for remote areas.. rest u can very well find on google Maps too..
Hey, I have been looking for guidance everywhere but couldn't find any. I am planning a 7-day trip to Spiti, and during that time, my periods will be due. I wanted to ask about the washroom situation along the way. I use a menstrual cup, so I'm wondering if I will be able to manage washroom breaks effectively.
Finding a washroom is not a problem anymore on that route.. u will get decent and clean toilet options quite often there..... Don't worry and enjoy the trip.
It’s a miracle that you guys came back safe and sound! Even local drivers don’t go via these roads at night!
I appreciate your efforts, travelling in the night at such a height, uncertain about what is ahead, daring.
One of the best videos about Spiti Valley.
Thanks sister
Most welcome 😊
