New Baby Arrangement - Evaluation

1. Line the basket then fill it with foam and moss. Attach the booties or rattle to long strips of satin ribbon
2. Build up the outline of the design. Place roses in the centre to provide height and arrange smaller cut materials on the outer edges. Recess short flowers and foliage in the foam to create depth.
3. Fill in the arrangement with carnation sprays, chrysanthemums and roses. Add sprigs of heather for texture and contrast. The foam should now be completely hidden.
