Glad you shared this. We visited Egypt last April and loved it. Amazing Pharos monuments/ temples, generous and hospitable people and everything was great value. We barely spent any money. By the way; we booked our Cairo hotels on Chase portal and used Airbnb for Alexandria, Aswan & Luxor which was our favorite city. Thanks again for showing this part of the world which is definitely worth visiting especially Luxor; Aswan & Abu Simbel. “Cairo, pyramids and museums were amazing but the traffic and beeping were crazy! Just like any other big city”
Thanks! Yeah, you can get a huge bang for your buck over there. Wow, you went to all the main areas of Egypt. That’s awesome! Hahaha yup, Cairo is very loud and busy but like you said just like any major city
That water is amazing! We once drove from Alex to Salloum, on the border of Libya. All along the Med Sea on that side is some of the most amazing, cleanest water I've ever seen.
Love it man . Thanks for sharing I am from Cairo and I been living in New York for 26 years so I am enjoying both world . Can’t wait till I go on vacation and check out this hotel . Cheers 🥂
@@PointsPointers hello again.... just watched your video again as I'm planning this trip for 2021. Did you fly into Cairo? If so, how did you get from Cairo to Alexandria/Alamein hotel?
a few million years ago, the southern Mediterranean was a fully tropical sea, rather than sub tropical as it is now. The coasts were covered in massive coral reefs and while the coral may have long died, stony remains of the the reefs are still massive and 90% intact. That is why the sand has that distinctly tropical brightness that makes the water pop an florescent blue that you rarely see outside of coasts with thick coral reefs.
Show us more about Egypt please! You can book hotels for great value on Chase portal, my husband I did it last year. If Egyptians come to know you, you will reach 100000 prescribers in no time! There was a Norwegian kid who vlogged last year during his stay in Egypt who did great. His blogs helped us get the courage to visit this country which is safer than many places here. But the hassling was bad & tough to put up with! No regrets though, we understand that people are hurting bad there and try to make a living. Everybody was nice and welcoming. Pyramids, museums and temples were out phi’s world! Can’t find anywhere🤚😇🙏🏼
Amazing video rami. Thank you for sharing. I suggest you check out siwa oasis although I have not been there in my previous trip. I was recommended by Egyptians. Once again keep up the excellent video. I do hope we meet in south africa soon.
Ya just added this place to go. Thinking april if not summer. How did your flight itinerary look like? From what i looked up you have to fly into major airport few hours away then tranfer and fly closer to a local airport. But Thanks for the video. Was awesome.
Glad you liked the video 👌🏽 Summer months are definitely better. I went in September and it was perfect. I was in Athens, Greece before so flew to Cairo and from there. I had private transportation to that hotel. A family friend arranged a car and driver, it’s about a 3 hour drive. Then from Cairo, flew to Abu Dhabi then New York
Enjoy your vacation bro. I want to ask have you or anyone reading this ever had their welcome bonus withheld when you met all the minimum spend requirements with Amex?
@@PointsPointers it is very upsetting that it happened to me. It's over a thousand in MR points. 1000 dollars. I didn't even do anything wrong or funny just normal spend to meet the minimum.
First week of September! Was definitely slow but not “dead”… which was perfect for what I was looking for with my family and a baby. Wasn’t really looking for the big party scene of Sahel in prime time summer
