HIKE TO DZO JONGO EAST MOUNTAIN PEAK (6220 Meter) | MARKHA VALLEY | KONGMARULA PASS

DZO JONGO EAST 6220 Meter

We did the 2nd 6000 meter Mountain summit in Ladakh witth ‪@Mr.Phenomenal_‬ and Tsepha
Episode 1 -
We started our journey from Leh and reached Chokdo Village on the evening of 27th September.
The next morning we began our trek towards Nimaling Basecamp crossing Kongmarula Pass 5200 meter.
Landscapes were beautiful getting a view of the mountain Ranges consisting of Kangyatse 1 ,Kangyatse-2 Kangyatse -3 ,Zojongo East &West and few other mountains.
The valley was wide and animals such as horses, yaks and Zoos were grazing there.
In Episode 2-
We also visted Glaciar lake Near the Basecamp which is at the foot of the glacial and the lake was very vibrant.
In the early morning of the 3rd day we started our hike and it took us around 4 hours and reached the peak before Sunrise at 6.am
After spending half an hour or more we initiated our hike back to Chokdo Village and reached there by 4 pm .
