Hi Natasha! Your meal looked great! I switched back to meetings from online so I could reclaim my free status. Because my dr's scale is much higher than mine(depending on which one you get it could be anywhere from 5-10 pounds), I thought WW would be too, so first I talked myself out of going. Then at the last min I decided to bite the bullet and go. Fully prepared for a melt down, I got on the scale. Guess what? No melt down. (this was Saturday morning btw) My weigh in day, before Saturday, since the day I started, my weigh in was Tuesday, anyway not only was the scale not high like I expected, it showed I lost 2 pounds. My goal was 145 pounds(sorry I don't know how that works in stones) , I made it 16 yrs ago with a drs note. It put me about 18 pounds over my healthy weight range(95-127 pounds. I am really short, only 5 feet tall). Well, not only did I regain my free status, but that put me at 123.8 pounds and 3.8 pounds away from my 100# goal. YAY..Then I have to decide if I want to go down maybe another 5 from there and then hit maintenance. I not only want a great buffer to my goal(which I have now) but I want a good buffer into my healthy weight range. I am thinking somewhere around 115 pounds cause that is pretty much in the middle of the range. We shall see. That is what i would like to do, my body may have other plans.

Thanks for sharing it with me 😘 I am going to try and become a lifetime member I feel like it would really benefit me! I know you have to maintain for 6 weeks don’t you? So it would mean going to 6’meetings just to be weighed! Not sure if I’d rather just pay haha x
@@NatashaSummer in order to be lifetime, yes you have to go to meetings but you also have to lose I think 5 pounds at the meeting before they will consider you at goal. I think its 5 now. The only reason I didn't have to do that was because I was already a lifetime member. The good thing about it is you never lose lifetime status if you gain all of you weight back, you just lose the ability to go for free. When you get lifetime, make sure they give you a code so you can get the digital stuff free. In order to keep it free, you have to be no more than 2 pounds over goal. You have to weigh in once a month too, You can weigh in once a week if you want to but the first time you weigh in for the month is the weight that is considered your monthly obligation. At least that is how it works around here. A lot of things have changed since 2003. To be a leader you had to be within that same 2 pounds. You had to be in your healthy weight range. You couldn't be on a Drs note, which I was back then. Now I don't think it matters. I know of a leader who is way off from her goal weight and she is still a leader. Back in 2003 if you were over that 2 pound limit you had a certain amount of time to get it off or you lost your leader status.

I can’t see myself going to meetings and tbh I’m quite happy to pay it, I suppose that also keeps me mindful as I’m not getting it for free therefore I’m far less likely to be complacent I guess 🤣 I’m so focused right not that I know il stay within my weight because it’s such a big part of my life and has had a big impact! I always learn so much fun stuff from you. I never heard of Passata before so I Googled it. And we call coriander “cilantro” in the US. Never knew they were the same but it looked like cilantro so I Googled that too. Question- is that hot sauce or catsup drizzled on the bacon sandwich? I’m so curious because I’m a fan of both. 😁

I’m currently debating whether to go back to weight watchers (I’ve been on and off over the last few years, I lose the stone I need to and then it creeps back on again) or try logging food in my fitness pal. I’m only 5ft tall, a curvy size12 and find keeping my weight down such a constant battle.
