I feel like someone if your field of work should have therapy regularly. What you do can be very stressful and has never really been done before our generation. No one really knows the consequences mentally of this type of work. Constantly looking at yourself, criticizing yourself because you are your work. Absolutely; it definitely cannot hurt at all. Therapy is life enhancing, especially for vloggers, models, those in the public eye, heck, anyone, keeps you grounded. Try a one day 'detox' from public stuff here and there too. Very cool to do so; although hard when you have a family to raise and nurture!

The irony about your consideration for surgery is that most people have had alterations to look like you... Whether it be skin enhancements, nose reconstruction etc... You're so gorgeous and I know it's hard sometimes to see beauty in our own selves, but if only we would step outside ourselves for a moment we'd find ourselves beautiful too... At the end of the day, do what makes 'YOU' happy... Find motivation in things that bring you joy..... And remember, it is ok to be in a funk... There's no timeline to not feeling yourself... Just like you pick and choose which photos you post, so do other women. Comparing yourself to what other people choose to show will literally make you lose your mind. I think it is a common thing for women to do this but as long as you remind yourself who YOU are you will get out of this funk. Beauty isnt everything. You're beautiful already but more than just your looks is what makes you beautiful. Talking to yourself nicely is also helpful. Social media is sooo hard. When you're a professional social media personality, social media is even more toxic, even though it's an honour to get paid to do it. I used to love Instagram, but now that I'm an "instagrammer', I sometimes really hate social media. It is so toxic when you are constantly on it. And as an influencer, you have to constantly be on it! I get where you're coming from, and I'm not even a big social media person like you are! Just know we are here to support you no matter what! And take breaks if you need it, you owe us nothing xx

Some people think that if you are "complaining", you are ungrateful. Sometimes it's true, sometimes it's not. Everyone has problems, insecurities, worries, or bad days in general. And the fact that you just want to talk about it doesn't mean that you don't appreciate your friends, your family, or your life. It just means that you are HUMAN and need to vent. I understand that having a job like this can be hard sometimes (even if you are grateful and love it). I think that we all compared ourselves to somebody else at some point. There will be times where you don’t feel as great within yourself but even when you don’t feel creative, like you said, no one is you!! Only you can do what you’re doing and such a good job of it! Even if you feel like a makeup look, for example isn’t that creative, keep going with it and develop from there and adapt the ways to make you feel more confident with it. I used to love Instagram, but now that I'm an "instagrammer', I sometimes really hate social media. It is so toxic when you are constantly on it. And as an influencer, you have to constantly be on it! I get where you're coming from, and I'm not even a big social media person like you are! Just know we are here to support you no matter what! I’ve watched you since the beginning and I love the fact you’re so open and up front about everything you’ve faced and experience and I appreciate how difficult it can be to pick yourself up when you’re feeling low and take photos and videos. Some people think that if you are "complaining", you are ungrateful. Sometimes it's true, sometimes it's not. Everyone has problems, insecurities, worries, or bad days in general. And the fact that you just want to talk about it doesn't mean that you don't appreciate your friends, your family, or your life. It just means that you are HUMAN and need to vent.
I understand that having a job like this can be hard sometimes (even if you are grateful and love it). I think that we all compared ourselves to somebody else at some point. But we have to realize that all these girls that look perfect on social media sometimes are a mess in real life. And some of them are really as beautiful as they look. We're all different and that's ok. Nobody should feel less or feel bad about an appearance. Jayde, you are GORGEOUS. And I'm super honest when I say that you are so beautiful! But what matters the most is being beautiful on the inside.
I've been following you for years... I started following you for your looks but I stayed for your personality. You're honest and don't pretend to be somebody else. There will be times where you don’t feel as great within yourself but even when you don’t feel creative, like you said, no one is you!! Only you can do what you’re doing and such a good job of it! Even if you feel like a makeup look, for example isn’t that creative, keep going with it and develop from there and adapt the ways to make you feel more confident with it. Yes Jayde!! There are some many ‘influencers’ that influence the wrong things!! Girls shouldn’t have to feel like they need to get surgery to be pretty like all these people on Instagram. You have such a massive platform that influence so many people and I’m so glad you are questioning that. You are one of the few that encourage people to do something good!
