About byproducts:
Further testing seems to indicate that the unknown seed rate is unaffected by the recipe. (credits to shrddr for compiling the data).

I wanted to ask is there a good way to get additional weight for my lifeskill characters other than just buying it with pearls?
make sure you get the loyalty weight and use a weight crystal setup. Other than that, it's only pearl shop

seriously I can not be bothered with life, except training horses, there are no money, just grind when you're on pc, do guild bosses, vell and garmoth, when you're afk just train your horses best way to make money
the way to make money off imperial alchemy is to farm seals and buy scorched fragments, every box gives only one seal so just make apprentice boxes and get ur scorched frags to make manos acc. you can make alot of manos acc if you do this while also keeping a po up and doing the Lara daily.

Question of topic: My character is seasonal, and is full pen tuvala and it can graduate any time. I wonder if the season exp buffs are good enough to stay, or should i graduate so that i can use mastery gear?
I wouldn't worry too much about mastery while you're still leveling up. As long as you can get 1 second alchemy time on season I'd stay there and use the EXP buff.

Hi Im new to BDO, just started learning about lifeskill and your channel has been really helpful to me. I have a question, do I need to buy a value pack for lifeskill to be worth it? Thanks
Hey thanks. Some lifeskills like alchemy are more market focused and you'd want a value Pack. Other life skills you can do in a way where no VP is required, for example gathering/hunting+cooking for imperial delivery or processing+trading since the money mainly comes from NPCs. In the end it depends on which life skills you wanna do and how casual or serious you wanna go about doing them. For a more casual play style you can do fine without a VP.

There's a faster way involving gathering for seeds or underwater gathering with the minigame. You'll find more info in the lifeskill Discord

Alchemy crashed kinda hard after the update, when everybody started doing it. Though I tried to keep the video general enough so that it's still relevant with the current market.

there's not really one best town. Calpheon (has fruit+herb vendor), Heidel (central), O'draxxia and Eilton (cheap housing) are all pretty good.

I am
