I know this is a 4-year-old comment, but Madotsuki is 窓付き, which means "windowed" as in a box or an envelope with a window in it. If it were "window moon" it would be 窓月, and I think those characters would be read "madogetsu" instead. Pretty sure that's not actually a word. So yeah, there's my UA-cam comment Japanese lesson for the day. :P
