The rebbe found the balance. You go to a rov if you have a question. There are rovs that are valid they're just not found in the beis din. People need to stop talking to rovs that didn't do the time and aren't bukky in all of halacha.
From Rabbi Bassman "I'm not talking about individuals. Just sharing general concepts I received from my Rabbanim. I encourage everyone to continue growing and never stop consulting with senior Rabbonim. Everyone continue growing in Torah, Chassidus and yiras shomayim"
@@עשהלךרב I am talking about individuals. I stopped talking to rovs that didn't survive the Holocaust. A rov to pasken needs to have empathy and experience. That's what makes a good rov and why Rov Moshe was so incredible.
After reading the Maharal on this I've changed my mind. Unless someone is proven to be a good person not just studied a specific part but is bukky in all Halacha in practice for 40 or 50 years except in the rare case of a Rov Moshe they shouldn't be called Rabbi. I obviously don't think of people I call Rabbi as Rabbi it's basically Mr but I didn't realize how big of a chilul Hashem that is and how we need to stop labeling people that don't keep shabbos or are sex offenders and rapists or defend them Rabbi. Enough! I agree strongly with the video now and think barely anyone should be given the opportunity to make sure Chillul Hashem's.

But you don't get to decide who is a Rabbi just promote the good ones.
Also this guy isn't a old enough and doesn't have enough life experience to pasken on other rovs and rabbis and the rebbe.

The rebbe did not want everyone to get smicha. It was a requirement in the family of the rebbe not chassidim.
What are you quoting?
Because the sicha from 24 teves 5712 is pretty clear otherwise....
@@jcbknght many big chassidim have said this.
