I bet she missed the articulation of the Barker levers here. Electro-mechanical action in this recording - and it shows...
Barkers also have poor articulation compared to pure mechanical action, but in the end it does not matter that much, a good maintaned instrument always suits for improvisation, the player can just adapt to the instrumant instantaniously.
@@SADRailsim True, one cannot compare a Cavaille-Coll to a Schnitger or whatever - horses for courses, but compared with a C-C, one's typical Anglo-American Electric/Electro-pneumatic actioned instruments are incredibly sluggish.
