Shaykh Aslam - Shaadiya Par Asa Quran Sara Par Kiya Rakneh Ah? Namaz Asa Teh Maaf Ah?

Discussing the practice of placing the Quran on the head of the bride. If we engage in disobedience from the day of the engagement all the way until the day of the Walimah and we don't fulfill the commandments of Allah which have been mentioned in the Quran then why are placing the Quran on the head of the bride?
